T.G. Hofman spends his days as a Presiding Justice in the criminal courts of England and Wales — and his nights writing the DCI Rooke series, drawing on that world for the cases his detective investigates.
He's also a theatre director and playwright; his plays Shakespeare's Fool and A Boy Called Anne toured the UK and internationally to five-star reviews.
He lives on the Northumberland coast with his family.
